However, organisations or employers can interpret a Nationally Coordinated Criminal History Check according to their internal risk mitigation policies. All other details on your records that do not appear in your Nationally Coordinated Criminal History Check are No Disclosable Court Outcomes (NDCO).

Also, your Nationally Coordinated Criminal History Check will return as an NDCO if there are no releasable criminal records on your profile.
