I got one of my documents wrong in my haste, but I was notified quickly and able to finish the process without fuss. The only thing I hate is taking a selfie with a hand-written code, but I imagine other checking sites do the same and I'm a bit tech-phobic anyway. My laptop actually crashed while I was trying to take my selfie but I was able to continue where I left off the next day. I imagine the ID check is a bit more tedious for those without a passport but a very good process all round."

"Super easy process for a needed nationally coordinated criminal history check. Once the initial stage was done from my pc, the option to continue from my phone was made available via qr code. This made uploading documents and id a smoother process. Having had a name change wasn't an issue - there were specific steps outlined very clearly for this circumstance. The only downside was needing to put in a job position and employer when I need this for several interviews. A pretty small issue. Communication is brilliant after submission and there is a tracking option available. I had mine cleared the same day. Really recommend ANCC for handling personal information safely."
